Opera Frontier delights both opera fans and opera-phobes. We revere opera. We faithfully excerpt from traditional scores and strive for technically excellent singing. But beyond that, we take outrageous liberties in the service of engaging our audience in unexpected ways . . . through radical changes of context and casting, through the introduction of elements from dance, popular culture, contemporary beat, and narrative. In this way, Opera Frontier redefines the way an audience experiences this glorious music.

The Palace Hotel and Opera Frontier join forces once again to present an Opera Brunch
dedicated to what each does best: a tastefully provocative gastronomic and musical journey.
The spectacular Garden Court, with its dome stained glass ceiling, shimmering crystal chandeliers, and marble floors provides the elegant setting to enjoy a menu as elaborate as the gold leaf sconces and mirrored doors. Between courses, guests are treated to Opera Frontier's unique offering from the opera repertoire, seasoned with a dash of the unexpected. Both opera fans and opera-phobes will be entertained by Opera Frontier's blend of musical reverence and playfulness.
