Kate Offer

Kate Offer (Soprano) holds a Master’s degree in Music from Holy Names University and currently works as a conductor and music teacher at Convent Elementary School in San Francisco.  She is a founding member of Berkeley’s Shoebox Opera, with whom she has performed Serpina in La Serva Padrona; Lieschen in Kaffee Kantate; Mme. Silberklang in Der Schauspieldirektor; Blondchen in Abduction from the Seraglio; Madame Cortese in Viaggio a Reims; and, most recently, the Marchesa del Poggio in Un Giorno di Regno. Ms. Offer has worked as a singer and conductor with a number of local groups and opera companies including the Piedmont Children’s Choir, Berkeley Opera, Oakland Opera, Piedmont Light Opera Theater, Goat Hall Theater, Alameda Civic Light Opera, the Pacific Mozart Ensemble and the International Orange Chorale.
