Opera Frontier is always looking for partners who enjoy pushing the boundaries of the art form. We have collaborated with choreographers, string quartets, rock musicians, world music entrepreneurs and videographers to create performance pieces that surprise and inspire. Audition
Opera Frontier is a virtual company that reinterprets and performs music from the opera, oratorio, chamber music, and musical theater repertoires. The company casts and rehearses year-round. Performances are scheduled on an ad hoc basis. Most Opera Frontier performances are recorded and made available online. You will be asked to sign a release.
We welcome classically trained ‘choreographable’ singers of all ages to join our troupe. Acting experience and movement training is a plus. All voice types are needed. Opera Frontier is non-union.
